Spall Liner Test: This test simulates a blast from under a vehicle. The Blast Mitigation Panel System was attached to the inside of a metal plate. Charge: Two M67 fragmentation grenades filled with 57 grams RDX in composition C4 configuration and 3 grams PETN in the form o f a slip on booster. (Refer to the pictures and descriptions provided)
